Role Overview: Responsible for connecting learners with suitable job opportunities, internships and apprenticeships through employer engagement and placement support.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Connect: Build relationships with companies and identify job opportunities. Job Sourcing: Find suitable vacancies and verify job details, salary and working conditions. Learner Preparation: Support resume building, interview preparation and employability skills. Placement Coordination: Match candidates with suitable jobs and coordinate interviews and job drives. Documentation: Maintain employer databases, candidate records and placement reports. Post-Placement Follow-up: Track joining status, retention and employer feedback. Key Focus: Achieve placement targets through solid employer networking, learner engagement and regular follow-ups. Pay: ₹28,000.00
