About the Role
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented professionals to support our B2B travel partners with hotel and flight booking services. This role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-first approach while coordinating with hotels, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Requirements Any degree *(IATA certification is an advantage)
* Knowledge of GDS tools (Amadeus / Galileo) preferred Experience in travel operations or customer support preferred Strong verbal & written communication skills Proficient in MS Excel & professional email communication Ability to multitask, prioritize cases, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including nights & weekends

Key Responsibilities
B2B Client Support Assist travel agents & corporate partners with hotel & flight bookings Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests. Coordination Call hotels & suppliers for confirmations and follow-ups Communicate professionally via email & phone to resolve issues. Case Management Maintain trackers, logs, and follow-up records.



Ensure timely updates and closure of pending cases. Email & Ticket Handling Draft explicit and professional emails to hotels, suppliers, and clients Log cases in CRM / ticketing tools and maintain service quality Customer Experience Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality service Maintain professionalism and empathy during client interactions Essential Skills MS Excel & Google Sheets Email drafting & professional communication Telephonic communication etiquette Customer handling & problem-solving Time management & multitasking Ability to work under pressure and high-volume environment Preferred Skills GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo) Travel industry exposure Knowledge of hotel booking platforms & airline systems Experience in B2B travel support / reservations Who Can Apply Fresh graduates passionate about the travel industry Candidates ready to build a career in travel technology and B2B support
