Following 3X growth, we are expanding our engineering team for the next phase of growth. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Control Design Engineer with expertise in power transformers, auto transformers, and switch gear systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing control systems including RTCC panels, OLTC controls, and associated automation components.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design control and automation systems for Power Transformers, Auto Transformers, and Switchgear, including RTCC panels and OLTC controls.
- Develop transformer control designs covering cooling fan control, On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC), Current Transformers (CT), and SCADA & PLC systems.




- Perform load calculations for wire sizing and circuit protection.
- Review technical specifications and prepare design notes based on customer requirements.
- Prepare wiring diagrams and Bills of Material (BOM) for control panels.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable industry standards. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- 28 years of relevant experience in transformer control design, switchgear, control panels, or power industry.
- Hands-on experience in RTCC panels, OLTC controls, transformer control systems, and panel wiring preferred.
- Experience with Power Transformers / Auto Transformers will be an advantage. PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
