- Prior telecalling / front office experience preferred
- Hospital or aesthetic clinic experience is an added advantage
- Valuable verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Professional attitude and client-handling skills JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Attend client enquiries and provide basic service information
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations
