Responsibilities:
Investigation of health and PA claims: Insured visit, Hospital Visit, Doctor visit, collect evidences of genunity of claim or evidences of fake claims. Collect past medical record from insured, hospital or any other consulting doctor. Zero time reporting with concerned area manager is compulsory for each and every case.
