Experience:
1–2 Years Employment Type: Full time Tsol, an architecture design company, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation, with a good understanding of building design and drafting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings based on architects' concepts and design inputs.
- Prepare door and window schedules, layout plans, and construction details.
- Incorporate revisions based on design changes and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other team members to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable building standards.
- Maintain and organise drawing files and documentation.
- Assist in preparing drawings for client presentations, approvals, and construction purposes. Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and other design or drafting software is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of construction detailing and building materials.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
