Role & responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and regular follow-ups.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatches, and payments.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Maintain sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Required
Skills:
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
* Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email communication.
* Experience in industrial products or chemical sales will be an added advantage.
