Role & responsibilities
- Execute and supervise finishing works as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and MEP teams
- Conduct quality inspections, mock-ups and snagging
- Monitor progress, material consumption and billing
- Ensure timely client handover Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 8 years in finishing works on high-rise or villa projects
- Robust knowledge of finishing materials, methods and quality standards
- Contractor and gang management experience
- Not suitable for candidates without direct finishing experience
