3+ years Common Role Overview: The SAP ABAP Developer will be responsible for supporting SAP ABAP development and enhancement projects, ensuring reliable application delivery and continuous global operations. The role involves designing, developing, testing, debugging and optimizing SAP solutions while working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, enhance and test SAP ABAP objects.
- Debug and optimize existing ABAP code, including SAP ECC environments.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions using ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Participate in technical design, development, unit testing, integration testing and defect resolution.
- Prepare technical specifications and project estimates.
- Follow SAP development standards and project guidelines.
- Provide production support and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.
- Work effectively in an Agile project environment.
- Support SAP HANA/S/4HANA development and clean-core practices where applicable. Technical Skills Candidates should have experience with several of the following:

- Develop, enhance and support ABAP programs for SAP HCM/HR business requirements.

- Work with SAP HR master data and organizational data.
- Develop and support integrations between SAP HCM and internal/external systems.
- Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical solutions.
- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.
- Work closely with SAP HCM functional consultants.
- Support testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical specifications and technical documentation.
- Provide production support for US-based projects. Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.
- Strong experience in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development.
- Good knowledge of SAP HR/HCM technical objects and data structures.
- Strong experience with Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, User Exits and BAdIs.
- Hands-on experience with Function Modules, RFCs and BAPIs.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of SAP HR master data and Organizational Management concepts.
- Experience working with SAP HCM functional teams.
- Production support and enhancement project experience. Good-to-Have Skills
- SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Payroll-related ABAP development.
- SAP HCM interfaces and third-party integrations.
- IDocs and integration technologies.
- Web Services / OData.
- S/4HANA or SAP HCM migration/upgrades.
- ABAP performance optimization and code remediation.
- SAP ABAP certification. Role 2: SAP ABAP Fiori Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and support SAP ABAP solutions for business requirements.
- Develop and maintain applications using ABAP, Fiori, UI5 and OData.
- Develop CDS Views and OData services/APIs.




- Work with SAP S/4HANA and clean-core development methodologies.
- Develop solutions using the SAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming) Model.
- Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications.
- Work on integrations using OData, APIs, IDocs, RFCs and BAPIs.
- Perform debugging, performance optimization and code remediation.
- Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Participate in technical design, testing, deployment and production support.
- Apply Object-Oriented ABAP principles to create modular and reusable solutions. Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP knowledge.
- Experience with SAP Fiori / UI5.
- Hands-on experience with OData services/APIs.
- Experience with CDS Views.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and clean-core methodologies.
- Experience with SAP RAP Model.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with BAdIs, BAPIs, IDocs and other SAP integration technologies.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Good-to-Have Skills

- Solid ownership of assigned deliverables and production issues.
- Ability to work with global/US-based project teams.
- Willingness to work according to US project requirements or shift timings, if applicable.
