Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential clients.
* Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Counsel clients regarding Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit and PR opportunities.
* Explain visa processes, documentation, eligibility criteria and services.
* Schedule client appointments and maintain regular follow-ups.
* Maintain client records and update lead information in the CRM.
* Convert potential inquiries into business opportunities.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients. Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.




* Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
* Fluent in Hindi; English communication skills preferred.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
* Previous experience in telecalling, sales or visa counselling will be an advantage. Salary & Perks
