Location:
Udyog Vihar, Gurugram Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays Timings: 10:00am
- 6:00pm or 9:00am
- 5:00pm Role: Full-time Note: The candidate must bring their own laptop/device Compensation CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring (End-to-End):
• Managing the complete recruitment cycle
- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
• Understanding role requirements and aligning hiring strategies accordingly
• Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensuring a smooth experience
• Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders for timely hiring HR Operations & Employee Management:
• Assisting with onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Managing day-to-day HR operations and documentation
• Supporting employee engagement and internal communication




• Handling basic HR queries and ensuring a smooth employee experience Communication & Coordination:
• Managing internal and external communication across teams
• Drafting skilled emails, messages, and coordination notes
• Working closely with different departments to ensure alignment and clarity Important Note This is a dynamic and broad role. While the above outlines
