Role Overview: We are looking for a tech-savvy Front-Facing Software Tester & Trainer to act as the primary bridge between our end-users/clients and the technical development team. In this role, you will understand user requirements, manually validate system functionality, and train end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the software.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Client Interaction (Front-Face):
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-users and stakeholders.
- Understand user pain points, workflows, and business needs; translate them into clear functional requirements for the development team.
- Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and feedback sessions with clients/users. Manual Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Perform thorough manual testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Validate that implemented features match user requirements and design specifications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects/bugs through resolution.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
support alongside end-users before final rollout. End-User Training & Onboarding:
- Conduct interactive training sessions (online and on-site) for end-users.
- Create easy-to-understand user manuals, FAQs, SOPs, and video walkthroughs.
- Provide post-deployment functional support and address user queries during system adoption. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
