Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to onboarding. ∙ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent. ∙ Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ∙ Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders. Requirements: ∙

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably in a mid or leadership role (Non IT/IT hiring)

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ∙ Communication
