Job Summary We are looking for target-driven Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students and working professionals, recommend suitable online degree programs, and convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
(KRAs)
- Contact prospective students through company-provided leads and databases.
- Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, career goals, and program requirements.
- Counsel candidates on online UG/PG programs, university options, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Manage lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive admission conversions.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using LeadSquared CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrolment and a positive student experience. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily Calling: Approximately 200 calls/dials per day.
- Talk Time: Minimum 2 hours per day.
- Monthly Admissions: Target of 8–12 successful admissions.
- Revenue Generation: Monthly revenue target of ₹7–9 lakh.
- Lead Conversion: Achieve assigned conversion and follow-up targets.
- CRM Management: Ensure accurate data entry and timely lead updates. Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in admission counselling, education sales, inside sales, or EdTech is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset may apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
