Responsibilities:
Oversee and Manage ESG Projects in AuditBoard Send notification reminders for overdue tasks. Inform TI and SOV about current users or technical issues encountered by stakeholders. Coordinate with Deloitte and Internal Audit (IA): Facilitate audit reviews of responses and data collected in AuditBoard. Ensure Deloitte and IA meet review deadlines. Connect Deloitte and IA with the appropriate SMEs for inquiries or requests. Prepare and Send Weekly CSR Progress Updates to Leaders: Provide clear and concise updates on progress. Review Substantiation for Key Sections: Evaluate substantiation for A-Z webpages, memberships, GRI Index, appendix, and stories to ensure appropriate supporting documentation. Perform Controls Testing (e.g., Sphera Data Entry Control): Conduct detailed reviews and ensure proper controls are in place (TBD). Communicate and Escalate Based on CSR Progress:



Follow up with accountable individuals on activity closure. Escalate unresolved issues to leadership as needed. Develop and Distribute Progress Memos: Summarize updates for executive review. Collaborate with Internal Audit (IA) and External Audit (EA): AuditBoard Expertise: Proficiency in using the AuditBoard tool for managing ESG projects. Communication and Coordination
