₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month Two-Wheeler: Mandatory Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote our solar products and services, generate leads, meet potential customers, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with experience in the solar industry will be preferred. Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and customer interactions.
- Visit residential customers, commercial establishments, and potential clients to promote solar products and services.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and provide product information to customers.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.




- Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations, customer requirements, and order processing.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely follow-ups. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales or a relevant sales role.
- Experience in the solar industry is highly preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of solar products is an added advantage. Skills Required
