Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents. Handle corporate, commercial, employment, and property-related legal matters. Manage legal notices, litigation, disputes, and coordinate with external advocates. Advise management on legal risks, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements. Provide legal support on labour laws, employee matters, and organisational policies. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required. Ensure proper maintenance of legal records and documentation. Required

Skills:
Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, commercial, and labour laws. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to independently handle legal matters and advise senior management. Solid analytical skills, professional integrity, and confidentiality. Preferred: Candidates with experience in corporate groups, educational institutions, or multi-entity organisations.
