Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete customer relationship process from booking to handover.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, and other departments.
- Monitor payment follow-ups, agreements, registration, and documentation.
- Oversee possession, handover, and post-handover activities.
- Develop and maintain effective CRM processes and customer service standards.
- Lead and manage the CRM team and monitor their performance.




- Maintain customer databases and generate periodic MIS reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications &

Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong experience in handling customer relationships in residential projects.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Job Type
Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00
- ₹40,000.00 per month
