Up to 50,000 CTC Eligibility & Requirements Graduates Only Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Travel/Travel Process Hardcore GDS experience is mandatory Candidates with only CRM experience who route ticketing requests to a separate ticketing team are not eligible Candidates must have hands-on experience in:
- Refunds
- Reissues
- Ticket Exchanges
- MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order)
- Ticket Cancellations Excellent communication skills are mandatory Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end travel booking and ticketing activities.
- Process refunds, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and MCOs independently.
- Utilize GDS systems for reservations and ticketing.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel policies.
