Requirements:
Hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA), including both Pre-Training and Post-Training Analysis Experience in designing and creating training content/materials Ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives Versatile to work in shift-based environments Candidate should not have a Voice & Accent (V&A;) training background Preferred

Experience:
Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development functions Strong analytical and reporting skills Exposure to adult learning methodologies and learning effectiveness metrics *Preferred Male Candidates
