Job Summary We are seeking a agile and business-driven Marketing Director to lead market expansion, channel development and revenue growth across our agriculture and FMCG business segments. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening distribution networks and driving effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel strategies and market expansion plans.
- Manage dealer, distributor and key account relationships.
- Drive sales and marketing integration across business verticals.
- Develop and implement farmer engagement and market development programs.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Strengthen distributor networks and channel partnerships.
- Lead and mentor high-performing marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor market performance,



sales targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop effective market penetration strategies. Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in agriculture inputs, retail or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of channel development and distribution management.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent team leadership and business development skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication and strategic planning abilities. Pay: ₹90,000.00
- ₹100,000.00 per month
