Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Attend to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure proper table setup and mise-en-place.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
- Promote food and beverage items through upselling.
- Follow departmental SOPs and grooming standards.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
