Key Responsibilities
Perform two-wheeler servicing (oil change, tyre rotation, brake check) Diagnose faults and repair bikes efficiently Conduct regular maintenance checks Inspect bikes for defects and damages Provide excellent after-sales service Test functionality after repairs Handle servicing at customer locations Looking for skilled & experienced candidates only
- Provide technical support to customers for two-wheeler products, including bike service and repair.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine checks on engines, transmissions, brakes,



and other components to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot complex problems using diagnostic equipment and software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality. Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic or similar role.
- Diploma/ITI certification in Motor Vehicle or related field (desirable).
- Solid knowledge of two-wheeler technology, including engine design, transmission systems, and electrical components.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
