Job Description
Essential Skills and Experience Experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain / logistics /manufacturing / SCM / Life Science / Pharma. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Basic hands-on experience coordinating Scrum ceremonies and tracking Agile delivery activities. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow up proactively. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technology and testing teams. Exposure to AI/GenAI, automation or digital transformation projects.



Experience working with enterprise applications and data-driven solutions. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum principles. Experience working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones. Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles. Experience Typically, 5+ years of overall Business Analysis experience. Domain – SCM / Supply chain / Logistics / Manufacturing / Life Science / Pharma Some practical experience coordinating Scrum activities; a formal Scrum Master background is not essential. Key Attributes Proactive, organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong ownership of requirements, actions and delivery follow-ups. Able to facilitate daily Scrum calls and keep the team focused on priorities.
