Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Reporting To: Manager Electrical Maintenance Job Summary Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, PLC-based automation, control panels, servo systems, and industrial equipment to ensure maximum machine availability and smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and automation equipment.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC systems, preferably Mitsubishi and Omron PLC.
- Troubleshoot and maintain HMI systems, preferably Mitsubishi GOT. Handle servo drives and servo motors, preferably Mitsubishi J4/J5 series.
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial robots, preferably Yaskawa.
- Diagnose electrical faults in control panels, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, motors, and drives.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams,



control wiring diagrams, and PLC I/O drawings.
- Carry out machine commissioning, electrical modifications, and automation improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot PLC communication, I/O, sensors, actuators, and interlocking issues.
- Monitor and maintain Keyence sensors / vision systems and industrial IoT- related equipment.
- Follow LOTO, electrical safety, EHS, and statutory safety requirements.
- Support continuous improvement, automation upgrades, and OEE improvement initiatives. Required Technical Skills
