Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services: ● Conduct comprehensive assessments, scanning, fitting, and follow-ups for prosthetic and orthotic patients. ● Customize and deliver appropriate assistive devices (e.g., TF/TT prostheses, KAFO, AFO, spinal orthoses, etc.) based on patient-specific needs. ● Ensure high clinical quality and accuracy through evidence-based practices and continuous patient feedback. Team Leadership & Supervision: ● Guide and supervise junior P&O; staff in clinical procedures, time management, and patient communication. ● Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to improve clinical skills and confidence. ● Assist in creating clinical SOPs and ensuring adherence to standards. Operational Coordination: ● Coordinate with modelling, production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely patient service and device delivery. ● Support the planning and execution of outreach camps, patient awareness programs, and in-clinic events. Quality Assurance & Reporting: ● Monitor fitting success rates, documentation quality, and patient satisfaction metrics. ● Identify challenges and propose solutions to improve clinical performance and turnaround time. ● Participate in incident reporting, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement:



● Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, doctors, and internal departments. ● Represent the clinic in interdepartmental meetings and case discussions. Key Skills & Competencies: ● Strong clinical expertise in both prosthetic and orthotic care. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Leadership qualities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. ● Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize effectively. ● Adaptability to current technologies like 3D scanning and digital modelling.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics from an RCI-recognized institute. ● Valid RCI registration is mandatory. ● Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
