Job Summary: The Workforce Transformation Consultant partners with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and implement workforce strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on change management, workforce planning, talent transformation, organizational design, and HR technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess current workforce structure, processes, and capabilities.
- Develop workforce transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead organizational design and operating model initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and skills transformation programs.
- Manage change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Conduct workforce analytics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and technology teams on transformation initiatives.
- Support implementation of HR technologies and digital transformation projects.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership discussions.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and benefits realization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.




- 3+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
- Experience with change management and transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and workforce analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
- Professional certifications in Change Management, PMP, Prosci, SHRM, or HRCI.
- Experience in consulting environments such as Mercer, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, or Aon. Key Skills
