Com, BCA or equivalent About the Opportunity Xebia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join its Vendor Management and Recruitment Operations team. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure to corporate HR operations, vendor management, recruitment processes, data analytics and business reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support vendor onboarding, empanelment and documentation.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor databases, recruitment trackers and operational MIS.
- Track candidate progress across recruitment stages.
- Prepare vendor performance and recruitment dashboards.
- Assist with invoice tracking and commercial documentation.
- Perform data validation,



reconciliation and duplicate checks.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes is an advantage. What You Will Gain
