About the Role
Hardman Atelier is looking for a Design & Development Intern to join our team and assist in the development of our collections.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop technical flat sketches for garments (front and back views). ● Assist in preparing and organising garment tech packs. ● Conduct design research, trend studies and reference sourcing. ● Assist with collection development and design documentation. ● Provide styling support for photoshoots, presentations and events. ● Coordinate with the design team during the development process. What We're Looking For ● Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Fashion Design. ● Basic knowledge of garment construction and menswear. ● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design tools. ● Good understanding of technical drawings and garment detailing. ● Organised, attentive to detail and willing to learn.
