Real Estate Caller (Hindi, English & Punjabi) — Work from Home, India

About the Role
I'm a licensed Realtor in Surrey / Langley, BC, Canada, looking for a part-time caller based in India to call new leads in Canada. These are warm leads — people who have already shown interest — not cold leads. Your main task is to call them promptly, build rapport, and set up meetings with them. Shift Wednesday to Sunday, Canada time — 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM Vancouver time (4.5 hours per shift) That's Thursday to Monday, 4:30 AM – 9:00 AM IST. Off on Monday and Tuesday, Canada time. Responsibilities
- Call current warm leads in Hindi, English, Punjabi, or Hinglish, as the lead prefers — these are people who have already shown interest, not cold calls
- Build rapport quickly, qualify leads: understand their buying/selling timeline, budget range, area, and motivation
- Set up meetings with qualified leads, and confirm them
- Follow up with leads who haven't responded or need a second call
- Keep clear, accurate notes after every call
- Send a short summary after each shift: calls made, leads qualified, appointments booked, and follow-ups needed Requirements
- Fluent spoken Hindi, English, and Punjabi, including Hinglish — comfortable speaking the natural Hindi-English mix the way leads actually speak, not just formal Hindi or English




- Proven experience in calling / telecalling — outbound calling experience is required
- Basic real estate knowledge — understands buying/selling, listings, and appointments
- Adaptable — comfortable switching between Hindi, English, and Punjabi, handling different lead types, objections, and feedback
- Energetic and a good communicator on the phone
- Able to start reliably at 4:30 AM IST, Thursday to Monday (Wednesday to Sunday, Canada time)
- Reliable phone, laptop, headset, and internet connection
- Based in India, working from home
- Able to attend an in-person meeting in Delhi before starting — work from home begins after this first meeting

What We Offer
- Part-time, work from home role — 22.5 hours per week (5 days x 4.5 hours)
- Training on the call process, scripts, and lead follow-up
- Pay: ₹20,000 per month + bonus for meetings booked
