3–5Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales team, manage incoming customer enquiries, generate qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition of potential customers to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, team management, lead conversion and CRM management skills, preferably in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve business targets.
- Handle and monitor incoming leads from digital marketing, property portals and other sources.
- Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences and purchase timelines.
- Qualify potential buyers and schedule property site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, lead status and team performance.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Train team members on calling techniques, project knowledge and customer handling.
- Improve lead conversion ratios and site visit bookings.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers until successful site visit scheduling. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate pre-sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of lead management and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle targets and manage a team.
- Good negotiation, convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market is an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
