Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits and direct marketing.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team.
* Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Good knowledge of field sales and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets. Job Details
