Experience:

- Communication, public speaking, and presentation skills

- Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and emotional regulation
- Empathy, resilience, and interpersonal relationships
- Conflict management and behavioural development 3. Corporate Trainer
- Corporate communication and workplace effectiveness
- Team building, collaboration, and conflict resolution
- Leadership, people management, and professional development

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions.
- Facilitate interactive activities, discussions,



and practical exercises.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt training approaches to different audiences and learning needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training content and programme effectiveness. What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or Learning & Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the specified specialisations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills and an understanding of adult learning methodologies.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, Communication, or related fields are an advantage. Please Note: These are three separate hiring requirements. Candidates need expertise in only one relevant specialisation; experience across all three areas is not mandatory.
