Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding, proposals, lead generation driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead generation via bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Prepare & submit proposals, quotations, RFPs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Mandatory). Requirements
- 1–3 yrs experience in IT sales / bidding
- Strong in lead generation
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing) preferred
