Responsibilities:

- Generate recent business opportunities in freight brokerage and drayage services.
- Identify and approach importers, exporters, shippers, and logistics companies.
- Develop relationships with clients requiring port drayage and container transportation.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close freight deals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with carriers, dispatch teams, and operations staff.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet agreed sales targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in freight brokerage, drayage, logistics, or transportation sales.
- Knowledge of container shipping, ports, carriers, and freight rates.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with US logistics customers is preferred.
- Ability to work with international clients and time zones. *Note: Sales Requirement: Minimum 5–10 (clarify whether this means leads, clients, loads, or bookings)*
