About the Role
We believe every child learns differently. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and compassionate Daycare Teachers who can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel cared for, confident, and free to explore. Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their safety, hygiene, comfort, and overall well-being.
- Plan and conduct engaging activities that promote children's social, physical, creative, and cognitive development.
- Manage daily routines, including meals, snacks, nap time, and personal care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment while practising positive discipline.
- Coordinate with daycare staff to ensure the smooth execution of daily programmes.
- Communicate with parents regarding children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns.
- Maintain basic records, handle parent enquiries,



and support daycare administration.
- Work closely with the Principal and centre team to ensure smooth daycare operations. Who Can Apply?
- Graduate or HSC with a recognised Preschool / ECCEd / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training certification.
- Prior experience working with and handling children will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of child safety, hygiene, and development practices.
- Must be caring, patient, energetic, responsible, and a strong team player. Perks & Benefits
