Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and chat. Understand customer needs and deliver accurate technical and sales solutions. Drive sales through consultative conversations, upselling, and cross-selling. Achieve performance targets (CSAT, Sales, Productivity, Quality, etc.).
