Position: Trainer Hindi & Marathi Language Department: Training & Development

Experience:
1-5 years preferred Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Job Purpose: To deliver operational SOP training in Hindi and Marathi to employees, franchise and in-charges to ensure effective understanding and implementation of standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions in Hindi and Marathi for HD Fresh, HD I-Plus, ibaco, Sourcing department's employees & Franchise.
- Translate and explain SOPs, training materials, and videos in the Hindi and Marathi languages.
- Conduct practical training and assess participants' understanding.
- Maintain training attendance, feedback, and assessment records.
- Coordinate with the Training & Development team to improve training effectiveness. Required

Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and Marathi.
- Valuable presentation and training delivery skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
