Qualifications
- B.
Sc. MLT / M.
Sc. MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) from a recognized university. Preference for candidates with an M.
Sc. in Medical Microbiology or Biochemistry.
- Valid registration with the Kerala Paramedical Council. Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on knowledge of hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, serology and histopathology/cytology.
- Working knowledge of NABL / NABH standards and laboratory accreditation requirements.
- Familiarity with automated analyzers and a Laboratory Information System (LIS). Work
