Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery as per agreed SLAs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Coordinate with clients and participate in calls as required
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
- Mentor and support junior recruiters in meeting delivery standards
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, information security, and data privacy policies Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in US recruitment (IT / Non-IT / Healthcare)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals
