About the Role
Murphy Lightings is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and streamline our online marketplace operations, primarily through Amazon Seller Central.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central. Handle marketplace claims, reimbursements and follow-ups. Monitor orders, returns, refunds and related issues. Manage product listings, catalogue updates and inventory. Resolve marketplace-related operational issues. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations. Requirements Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. Knowledge of Amazon claims and reimbursement processes. Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
