Job Description
Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical development and implementation.
- Experience in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP Web Services and HCM integrations.
- Design, develop and support inbound/outbound interfaces, data conversions, extracts, and reports.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations is an added advantage.
- Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation and bulk data-load activities.
- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.




- Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, end-to-end integration testing, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
- Analyze and resolve integration, data-load, reporting and technical defects during implementation and testing.
- Good understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent and Compensation.
- Coordinate closely with onsite teams, functional consultants, integration teams and other offshore technical resources.
- Knowledge of Oracle Redwood and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) personalization/extensions is an added advantage.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, documentation and team coordination skills. Key
