Role & responsibilities The role will be responsible for management of learning technology application/HRMS platform and assist the CoE in implementation of HR Tech and learning tech ecosystem. The role will support MT / GET program admin, Learning communication, consolidation of Training and Development initiatives and assist in administration at Corporate L&D; initiatives by taking feedback from internal stakeholder in order to achieve L&D; objectives Preferred candidate profile Support COE Head to coordinate with Seniors to identify potential key roles/jobs, determine need of successors, and identify current incumbents in key positions Prepare talent dossier of all approved high potential candidates, based on past experience and competencies, who will go through the program Please share your CV on [email protected]
