Role Description The Capability Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating capability development programs for diverse stakeholders, including staff, partners, and community leaders. Daily activities include conducting training needs assessments, developing training content and tools, delivering interactive workshops and sessions, and measuring learning outcomes. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen skills related to social and responsible business practices, and will continuously refine programs based on feedback and impact data.



The role also involves maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational learning and performance. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid capability development and training & development skills, including experience in designing and facilitating learning programs.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to assess capability gaps, interpret data, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess proven training and facilitation skills for delivering engaging, learner-centered sessions and workshops.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in organizational development, learning and development, or capacity-building roles, preferably in the social impact or non-profit sector.
- Graduate degree in social sciences, human resources, management, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong project management abilities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to social responsibility, inclusive practices, and ethical leadership.
