- ? Core Responsibilities
- ✔️ Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Collaboratively design and implement inquiry-based, concept-driven unit plans aligned with IBDP and Cambridge standards.
- ✔️ Assessment & Feedback: Create formative and summative assessments, track student performance analytics, and provide constructive feedback to accelerate learning.
- ✔️ Classroom & Pastoral Care: Serve as homeroom advisor/pastoral lead, maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment and supporting SEL initiatives.
- ✔️ Parent & Community Engagement: Build strong home-school partnerships via regular updates, parent conferences, and team-oriented events.
