About the Role
EpochFolio is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Interns who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate management, and human resource operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are interested in Human Resources, recruitment, and developing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through online platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with HR activities and recruitment operations. Eligibility & Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.
- Access to a smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection. What You Will Gain
