Experience:
Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US Voice Process Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries, requirements and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote relevant products and services through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update information in CRM systems.




- Ensure professional communication and adherence to process guidelines.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through effective problem-solving and service support. Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in US Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Valuable listening, problem-solving and convincing skills.
