Experience:
1–4 years Own Growth, Onboarding, inventory management for Zeroharm across quick commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard recent SKUs on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes.
- Create and maintain listings.
- Manage POs end to end
- receipt, appointment, dispatch, GRN, short supply and rejection follow-ups.
- Track city and dark-store level availability daily; flag OOS SKUs and low-coverage pin codes.
- Maintain shelf-life compliance at inward and manage near-expiry stock with the KAM.
- Publish daily availability and weekly stock/sales reports; reconcile payouts and claims monthly. KPIs:
- Onboarding/Account Management and listing go-live TAT
- In-stock %
- fill rate
- Inventory accuracy
Requirements:
- 1–4 years in quick commerce operations (Q.com brand/ Marketplaces/Consumer)
- Expereince in D2C Beauty and personal care or health and nutrition
- Detail-oriented, comfortable with daily deadlines and platform ticketing. Pay: ₹700,000.00
- ₹1,000,000.00 per year
