About us
We’re Reaasi, a D2C brand led by an IIT Roorkee alum. We’re pre-launch and have raised pre-seed funding from founders of Souled Store and TIGC, investment banking partners, and experienced startup operators. We aim to build a ₹5,000 crore brand by 2030
- and design will be central to how Reaasi looks, feels and connects with people. Who are we looking for? A Founding Multidisciplinary Designer who can help shape the brand from the ground up.
- Someone with a strong visual point of view and a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working across brand identity, packaging, social media, campaigns, website and other customer experiences.
- Able to take an idea from a rough brief to a thoughtful, polished design.
- Curious about fashion, jewellery, culture and how people express themselves.
- A high-bias-for-action person who would rather make, share and improve than wait for the perfect brief.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership and figuring things out.
- Excited to use new tools, including AI, to explore ideas and work more efficiently. Bonus Points if
- Design degree or experience from a strong design programme/institute
- You can make illustrations
- You can make UI/UX for digital assets

- Help build and evolve Reaasi’s visual identity.
- Design packaging, campaign assets, social content, website experiences, offline installations etc
- Turn early ideas into clear/aesthetic visual concepts and finished designs.
- Help create a consistent, distinctive experience across every customer touchpoint.
- As we grow, help shape how the design function evolves. Why this should be exciting
- You’ll be one of the first people shaping a current consumer brand from the ground up.
- You’ll have a say in the brand’s look, feel, creative direction and even other departments
- not just one small part of it.
- You’ll work closely with the founders and see how your decisions affect the business.
