About the Role
Vedantu is looking for passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic educators to deliver engaging online learning experiences to students across Indian and US cohorts. We are hiring educators for Phonics, Public Speaking, Coding, and Mathematics. The ideal candidates should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students in a virtual classroom environment. Open Positions1. Phonics Educator
- Teach phonics, pronunciation, letter sounds, and reading fundamentals.
- Help students develop reading fluency and language skills.
- Conduct interactive and engaging online classes.
- Support foundational literacy development for Indian and US students. 2. Public Speaking Educator
- Teach public speaking, communication, presentation, and confidence-building skills.
- Help students improve verbal communication and articulation.
- Conduct interactive sessions, activities, and speaking exercises.
- Encourage students to develop confidence in expressing themselves. 3. Coding Educator
- Teach coding and programming concepts to students.
- Introduce age-appropriate coding concepts and logical thinking.
- Conduct practical, interactive, and engaging coding sessions.
- Help students develop computational thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Mathematics Educator
- Teach Mathematics to students across Indian and US cohorts.
- Explain mathematical concepts through interactive teaching methods.




- Develop students’ problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adapt teaching approaches according to the curriculum and student requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for Indian and US students.
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-focused lessons.
- Ensure effective learning outcomes and student participation.
- Follow the assigned curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality during online sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students’ learning progress. Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or relevant professional experience preferred.
- Ability to engage students in an online learning environment.
- Familiarity with Indian or US curriculum is preferred, depending on the cohort.
- A stable internet connection and suitable setup for conducting online classes.
- Passion for teaching and working with students. Work Schedule & Compensation
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Home.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
